We would like to inform you that the Graz Ries Student Residence will cease operations at the end of August 2026. Consequently, we are no longer accepting new applications or reservations, effective immediately. Existing tenancy arrangements will, of course, remain in effect until the agreed contract end date.

We would like to thank all residents and partners for the trust they have placed in us and for the time we have shared.
